You keep trying to make this thread "Sources of trash on the border" vs "willingly impacting the environment to look tough". You've somewhat succeeded, which is sadly typical for this board. The type of "trash", environmental impact, source, motivation and ease of cleanup are all different. But go ahead and distract.
I bet Russ doesn't complain about the wind farms that kill 100,000's of thousands of birds/raptors every year or clearing 100,000's of acres for solar farms that remove or displace wildlife.
I don’t know Russ that well. Wind turbines kill birds. So does the particulate in air polluted from burning coal. Which is worse? I dunno. Large Solar farms fragment wildlife habitat. So does every other electricity generating plant (and commercial and residential development and road) I can think of. Whether or not to provide electricity to your constituents is not really up for decision but deciding to put shipping containers across the desert was a conscious decision.
Ah, thanks. I should have known this. Would not have thought the disparity that great between coal and wind.
To be fair, it is probably closing somewhat as we add a lot more wind and take away coal. But yeah, coal is terrible for birds.
so, in your pro-immigrant mind it is my fault? well by golly i need to get to work to remove them, guess you think i have that power also?
This seems ill conceived and ineffectual, if not actually destructive. (A net negative). In other words, proto-Republican governance.
