The lead from poster's link "
FALSE: Pathogenic viruses do not exist, as the German biologist Stefan Lanka proved in front of a court.
Explanation: Viruses do exist and no, no lawsuit denied their existence."

Again, and I'll type slowly for poster, the court stated that the suit to make the pseudoscientist pay was upheld on the basis that the contest rules said the proof must come from a SINGLE paper. The claimant utilized proof of virus using multiple papers, thus lost the award.

This is an epic rant replying to The Atlantic pathetic amnesty article.

Hey—sorry you lost your job b/c of the vax that doesn’t work and your grandmother died alone and you couldn’t have a funeral and your brother’s business was needlessly destroyed and your kids have weird heart problems—but let’s just admit we were all wrong and call a truce, eh?

It’s too bad we shut the entire economy down & took on tyrannical powers that have never been used before in this country—looking back, you should have been able to go to church and use public parks while we let people riot in the streets—but it was a confusing time for everyone.

Hey I'm sorry we scared the hell out of you & lied for years & persecuted & censored anyone who disagreed but there was an election going on & we really wanted to beat Donald Trump so it was important to radically politicize the science even if it destroyed your children's lives.

OK, yes we said unvaccinated people should die & not get healthcare while never questioning Big Pharma once but we are compassionate people which is why even though we shut down the entire economy we also bankrupted the nation & caused inflation. You're welcome! Let's be friends.

Excess deaths continue to exceed the 5 year (pre-covid) average in the UK. It is hypothesized that treatment delays during covid due to healthcare shortages is the main contributing element to these excess deaths. Should these deaths be attributed to covid since it is unlikely (statistically) that they would have happened if not for covid and the subsequent health care shortages?

ps..hate these one sentence paragraphs and the 4 paragraph rule

Crisis as excess deaths soar to levels higher than during Covid pandemic (msn.com)

Excess deaths in England and Wales are currently running higher than in the main pandemic years of 2020 and 2021, figures have shown.

Throughout October, there have been an average of 1,564 extra deaths per week, compared with a weekly average of just 315 in 2020 and 1,322 in 2021.
    .......................................
It is 16.8 per cent higher than normal. Deaths are also running higher than the five-year pre-Covid October average from 2015 to 2019, figures showed.

Health experts have warned that some of the unexplained deaths are being caused by collateral damage from the pandemic, when operations and treatments were cancelled or delayed as the health service concentrated on Covid.

Rising non-Covid excess deaths reveal the disastrous legacy of the pandemic - Cambodia Expats Online: Forum | News | Information | Blog

Fascinating. A lot going on there.

There is some question as to the accuracy of the stat, because population increases can cause more deaths vs the base period, as well an aging population.

There were less people getting heart procedures early on, now there are more hospitalizations for heart conditions.

Some of these excess deaths are “dying with Covid” which makes you wonder if Covid was a contributing factor.

This is not mentioned, and is my speculation, but NHS is socialized health care. Such health care can lead to better outcomes during “normal” times but could lead to worse outcomes during periods of higher demand, as socialized entities tend to be less adaptable to changing volume (VA for instance)

And again - and even more slowly - that verdict was overturned.

Effects of panic, despair, vaccines and vital screenings and treatments delayed or foregone.

On the flipside, I would imagine multitudes are still living because potentially risky medical treatments were put off.

Are you saying the courts did rule that the existence of viruses was proved?

I’m saying that: (A) a judge is no more apt to properly interpret a study from a man on the street and (B) a court eventually overruled the judgement against Lanka.

The overturned verdict did not refute that the existence of virus was proven, it overturned the previous court's verdict of the contest AWARD, since the court found the rules required proof from a single source. Your claim that this shows virus does not exist is completely bogus. Try to be more honest. Sigh

Here’s what you did. I posted an article refuting viruses. Without reading the article, you googled the author and found what appeared to be evidence that he was full of crap.

In terms of evidence against or for viruses, the court cases were neither here nor there ...

Does the trial prove or disprove the existence of the virus?
Lanka’s critics, adamantly pointed out that Lanka was only acquitted because of a small formality in the interpretation of the competition, not because the virus is not proven. however they don’t say the virus IS proven, either.

Hans Tolzin of Impfreport (Vaccination report), a leading website on independent vaccination education, wrote: after 130 years of virology, a basic discussion was born, that was overdue. Thanks is due to Dr Lanka , regardless of whether one believes in a measles virus or not, science can only benefit from this and so can our children, who are affected by the vaccination programs through which they claim they will eradicate the measles virus.”

Thanks for finally admitting the court did not decide virus did not exist. Your claim was that it was proof it didn't exist. Makes one wonder how vaccines basically eradicated the smallpox in many countries.

There are numerous viruses that can be fatal, as you are well aware, I doubt you'd die happily or not from one that doesn't exist.
