These kids dont reas newspapers these days so it will have to be their cell phones as the prop instead but would love to bring it back.
THIS IS AMAZING NEWS!!! I'm pretty sure I sounded like a crazy person explaining my excited gasp to my dad just now...
I spoke with Scott Stricklin a couple days ago, and will publish a column shortly. I threw in a special shout-out to our man, @channingcrowderhungry
The article has posted! Fans flip over camera news! A conversation with Scott Stricklin | GatorCountry.com
"Another thing we have done that I don’t think has been reported is, other than tables for radio and tv broadcasters, we have taken all the other courtside tables out, and those fans with courtside seats will be, literally, on the court" I am guessing that the tables on the endlines will remain.
I’m still stoked the camera flip happened and thanks again for your work on it. Highlight of the year for me! (Along with fball facility) Now on to other important items with much much easier fixes… why can’t we get some decent audio during football press conferences, especially at home? (Possibly off topic but y’all know what I’m talking about and it is a very bad look) It should be as simple as mic checking the podium mic before start and passing around a mic to the reporters that is also mic checked for volume level before start. Reporter doesn’t get the floor until mic is in his/her hand.
Yup. I can rarely understand the question that is being asked. It might be: Reporter: Coach, what is the capital of North Dakota? Coach: We need to defend the midline. Do you even know what a midline is?
So, still off subject, but I’m circling back. It appears our football presser sound team has be working on this issue ans during yesterday’s presser they got it 99% right. Was a much more professional look. Would have been flawless except for a few impatient reporters talking before they had mic in their hand. They’ll get it figured out. There’s been 10 or 20 of us bugging them on YouTube about it all season
Post #79 of this thread and the post it was replied to was another opportunity some have been working on. It appears maybe that too is getting corrected. It’s great to be a Gator! What’s next?
