Specifically, with regard to the automotive industry, the USMCA calls for:
    • Regional Value Content: Vehicles must contain 75% North American content. The requirement under NAFTA was 62.5%.
    • Labor Value Content: 40%-45% of auto content be made by workers earning at least $16 per hour.
    • At least 70% of a producer’s steel and aluminum purchases must originate in North America.
    • Eliminates the “deemed origination” loophole in NAFTA. Under that treaty producers were allowed to ‘deem’ non-North American content as originating, regardless of origin.

This is what MAGA fascists offer us. To be fair to TFG most of what he said was gibberish rather than gaffes. I prefer gaffes personally.

“Look, having nuclear — my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart — you know, if you’re a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I’m one of the smartest people anywhere in the world — it’s true! — but when you’re a conservative Republican they try — oh, do they do a number — that’s why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune — you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we’re a little disadvantaged — but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me — it would have been so easy, and it’s not as important as these lives are (nuclear is powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what’s going to happen and he was right — who would have thought?), but when you look at what’s going on with the four prisoners — now it used to be three, now it’s four — but when it was three and even now, I would have said it’s all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don’t, they haven’t figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it’s gonna take them about another 150 years — but the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us.””

I feel like maybe some folks who mock Biden and call him names assume that we who voted for him (in the general at least) feel as strongly about Biden as many Republicans feel about Trump; that they want us to get angry and upset or back ourselves into an absurd corner trying to convince everyone that he's a great orator who's at the top of his game. He's neither. Biden wasn't my first choice. I don't have Biden flags on my house. And I don't think I'm atypical.

Biden has always been considered a gaffe machine, and that's not the sort of thing that typically gets better with age. To be fair to you, Democrats pounced on every gaffe Bush made as well, and the right did it in turn to Obama, etc. But I have no interest in arguing that Biden isn't particularly bad about it because he is.

On the brink of economic implosion and possibly human extinction. But at least no mean tweets.

I just can't muster up the feelings to care. It's such a small issue if you stuck it on the scales with the radical fascists on the other side. I can't decide whether to call them facists, or commies. Maybe they are a little of both.

He has been giving great speeches. Here is another. The fact is you haven’t watch any of his speeches. You just simply get small clips from hours of speeches. Same could be done with any Trump speech.

Solid speech last night. I’m afraid he doesn’t get out these messages to enough people simply because he isn’t controversial.

I mean, do you really want me to post all the videos of all the Trump gaffes? I’m serious, I have a compilation ready to go at any minute. This is why people can’t stand Trump supporters or the MAGA movement because you gloss over his gaffes and mistakes and pretend they never happened. Did you know that Trump is barely younger than Biden and he, not Biden, had to take a test to test his cognitive ability? I guess he’s senile, too. Lol.

Sounds like an opinion to me. Know what those are like? HINT: Everyone has one.

You didn't care that we had a narcissistic 74 y/o toddler who couldn't raise a glass of water to his lips with one hand, lied every time he opened his mouth, and had multitudes of top generals warn about his incompetence in the WH. He may even have highly classified documents stashed away for the first highest bidder. He loves nothing but himself. But go ahead and have your opinion.
