I’m waiting to hear context. If true this had to have been a major violation of team rules as Cox nor UF could have wanted things to end this way.

OK . . . Coach Napier just confirmed it in his press conference.

"More of a cumulative effect."

"Sometimes it's just best to part ways."

Coach said it wouldn't help anything to go into details.

 

Flashes of brilliance aren't enough to make me shed a tear on this one. If he was a drag on the team, great call.

I just hope Cox figures his stuff out. There was so much promise.

Coach did add:

"They make every decision in the best interest of the team."

hopefully the kid was given multiple chances/strikes and failed. I'm all about letting a kid learn from their mistakes, unless the event that look place was truly reprehensible
