I promise never to mention Trump in another post as soon as he concedes that he lost the 2020 election and admits even indirectly that the 2020 election was a free and fair election not one characterized by massive mythical voter fraud.

Rather than potentially being out of the picture he is continuing to expand his profile. Although it's not an absolute certainty there's a very high probability that he will be running for the presidency again in 2024 and unlike his first term when he actually appointed at least some competent advisors who were concerned more about the rule of law and preserving the US as a constitutional republic and were able to constrain him if he is elected again he will be certain to appoint appoint persons to advisory positions in the White House as well as to cabinet level positions whose only priority would be enabling Trump's authoritarian tendencies. Even Bill Barr reached the point in which he decided enough was enough. If Trump is elected it won't happen again.
