. . . for training Chinese pilots on tactics for defeating the West. Kind of sickening. Apparently British pilots are the biggest offenders (no surprise there; Britain taught Japan how to make aircraft carriers before WWII). U.S., Australian, and also French pilots have been rumored to be making over $240k per year to teach Chinese pilots tactics and strategy to win at aerial combat. It's a shame that any western government should have to explicitly point out that their military pilots should avoid jobs that train our enemies to defeat us. These pilots may need someone to explain the concept of treason to them. Disgraceful. There’s an easy answer to that: recall them all to involuntary duty. If they fail to show, freeze all of their accounts.
It's been going on for a while now. Betsy DeVos's Brother Is Setting Up A Private Army For China, Sources Say It's interesting that the articles didn't mention the French, which I assume to be the worst offenders of military export laws to China as they've skirted them for decades by exporting "dual-use" item. It's also interesting that the amount mentioned, $270k, doesn't seem that much. Chinese civilian airlines were offering more than that many years ago IIRC.

Now add another 100k from our side to get them to train them wrong and they will have paid 2/3 of the price to crash their planes.
