Somewhat-but perhaps it is the players not excuting the called plays-or some of both

 

I think Napier is great at winning the press conference

I think is offensive scheme is terrible and his in game decisions are weak.

If Mullen was still calling offense we would be way more consistent and moving the chains.

Napier’s record at ULL wasn’t anything special, he may be a better recruiter but great coaches make average players great.
Bad coaches make great players okay and good players terrible. That’s what we are seeing this year.
