I would take a guy who can hit the seam route and not overthrow our guys when they're wide open 10-12 yards down the field CONSISTENTLY. Maybe we don't have that guy; but, as we found with various coaches we don't really know until we see them play.

Nussmeyers offense looks like fun n gun versus this crap...Im not sure our coaches have basic knowledge to scheme with your talent to offset a disadvantage talent wise. We seem to just want to pound a square peg into a round hole over and over.
