They clearly needed a lesson that championing democratic institutions means accepting the results of elections that you don’t win. I think it will be much higher than 20 seats for the Reps. I predict the number will be about 244 seats for Reps and 191 seats for Dems. About a 53 seat wipeout.
The nature of a democracy generally leads to a 2 party system. Our 2 parties always, always have had emphatic differences and debate on policy. However I anticipate we all agree we’re seeing sharper divisions now than we’ve ever experienced. ie We had a siege on our capital. Agreed, solid lean pub in the house and should have at least a 2 seat lead in the Senate. Bottom line is the Biden presidency is over.
