We just flipped the 4th rated IOL from our hated rivals. A top rated Olineman with a nasty streak is much more a need then another Corner. Cormani was always a plus 1 because of his talent but he wasn't a must get IMO just would have really liked to have had him.

 

Can't keep quitters either though. Each of our last 3 had fatal flaws. Where would we be had we kept muschamp? Mac? Mullen?


Bama ran through coaches before landing Saban. Some of that was them being Bama and demanding national relevance but they also had some trainwrecks like Mike price. Some programs get lucky like OSU who seem to have success with every coach since the 90s.

 

I lived out there for about 7 years or so. That just happens to be where I joined GC and couldn’t think of a better name. I am actually back in Ohio now where I am originally from.

 

Well..current coach hasn't even been here a full year, and people already talking about moving on.

If what I’ve read is correct then McClain trolled UF. This has nothing to do with Napier. McClain going to Miami was only a shocker to people who follow recruiting so hard.

So stop all the Napier bashing. Some of y’all are just too negative due to our program not being on top. I get it. I wanted Mullen to be here a long time but all in all he was just a great offensive minded coach. The program was falling apart under Mullen.

I'm 57, really happy I enjoyed every bit of success we had for 20 years. I'm never going to see another Natty, maybe SEC title before I get checked out. This is what happens when you let others pass you by.

To me it’s not about his decision - it’s about the clear trolling of UF and all the noise leading up to ‘shocking the world’. This was deliberate and planned. I despise behavior like that. Cormani McClain can kiss my Gator ass
