Most people choose to live in Blue States. By far. By millions.

Meaningless talking point. There are 67M more people in Biden voting counties than Trump counties in a very small area of land. That means high demand for land and services and high cost of living. Cesspool red states have fewer people and shitty services so lower demand. The number one reason people move? Cost of living. It makes up the whole gap.

Yogi Berra’s “No one comes here anymore because it’s too crowded” comes to mind.

Two Americans index: Why people move to red and blue states

You totally discount the high taxes in places like NJ/NY/Cali, not to mention people leaving those areas because of ridiculous lockdowns. It will be interesting to see if they flood back now because they love it so much.

Not sure what “services” we don’t have in Florida, then again I’m not someone who wants the Gov to supply me with a bunch of stuff….

and schools being closed the lunacy of putting masks on children. Pre-schoolers in Philly still have to wear masks. Thats child abuse. The service we have in FL is safety. They don't have that in the blue states.

Taxes are a cost of living.Everything from healthcare to libraries to education is a service. How’s the Florida art scene? It’s a bottom 6 state for artists and authors.

People live longer, healthier lives in blue states. The top 9 states for life expectancy are all blue states. The bottom 10 states for life expectancy are all red states. People in states like California, New York, Massachusetts, Washington, and New Jersey live about 5 years longer on average than people in Alabama, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. That's a huge difference.
