Gorsuch said last month that the report would hopefully be coming soon. The article I read said there was no indication if the report would be made public. Partisans seems to be assuming it's the "other side" that leaked it. I'm not sure. I think it was a bad thing to do, but probably not criminal unless there's some law I'm not aware of.

Actually the editor/journalist are given a choice. Speak up or go to prison. The conjecture is they would realize unpleasant things happen behind prison walls.
