At his latest rube rally in Texas, he suggested that the journalists who broke the Dobbs ruling story early should be thrown in prison and raped until they released their sources.

Quick question for his continued supporters: Do you have anything even closely resembling a soul any more?

Gorsuch said last month that the report would hopefully be coming soon. The article I read said there was no indication if the report would be made public. Partisans seems to be assuming it's the "other side" that leaked it. I'm not sure. I think it was a bad thing to do, but probably not criminal unless there's some law I'm not aware of.

Not criminal. They will make it public if it's self serving to do so, and then only those portions that serve that purpose

Not surprising, in TFG world any journalist who does not tow the line is an enemy of the people and deserves whatever comes to them. Nothing fascist about that at all.

Crowd Cheers and Laughs When Trump Threatens Journalists With Prison Rape (yahoo.com)

“You know in this country they leak all over the place even on the Supreme Court,” Trump said. “By the way, you have to find the leaker of the Supreme Court. You have to find the leaker. You know how you find the leaker?”

“You take the writer and/or the publisher of the paper, a certain paper that you know, and you say, ‘Who is the leaker?’ National security,” Trump said at the rally. “And they say, ‘We’re not gonna tell you.’ Then [you] say, ‘That’s OK. You’re going to jail.’ And when this person realizes that he is going to be the bride of another prisoner very shortly, he will say, ‘I’d very much like to tell you exactly who that leaker [is]. It was Bill Jones, I swear, he’s the leaker.’ And we got him. But they don’t want to do that.

When Trump mentioned a journalist becoming “the bride of another prisoner,” the crowd broke into laughter and applause, cheering Trump’s threat of sexual violence.

    Bottom of a pint glass
Sickest part is the GOP would want the journalist to carry their prison rapists baby to term.

Is everyone supposed to know that TFG is trump? Or what that stands for? Or is it referring to someone else? I also thought Todd Grantham.

Actually the editor/journalist are given a choice. Speak up or go to prison. The conjecture is they would realize unpleasant things happen behind prison walls. One of which is you could become the object of unwanted sexual desires.

To answer the question about having a soul. That's been a topic of debate a very long time.
    soul
    noun

    1. A part of humans regarded as immaterial, immortal, separable from the body at death, capable of moral judgment, and susceptible to happiness or misery in a future state.
    2. This part of a human when disembodied after death.
    3. In Aristotelian philosophy, an animating or vital principle inherent in living things and endowing them in various degrees with the potential to grow and reproduce, to move and respond to stimuli (as in the case of animals), and to think rationally (as in the case of humans).

I suppose the Former Guy could have been Clinton. Could also be The Fat Guy but that doesn't narrow it down either.

This isn't a national security issue like all of the top secret documents that Trump took with many still missing.

If Biden says, you know how we find the rest of the missing top secret documents and find out who DT shared info with? Lets lock DT up with a prison rapist. Would you be okay with that? That is national security issue where prison for refusal to comply would be aporopriate. A leak about a pending USSC decision is not.

We talked about this in the eye for an eye thread. People who enjoy thinking and laughing about people getting raped (for even non violent crimes no less) as a form of punishment is pretty sadistic. Again, I consider it out-sourcing torture. I'm sure a lot of them wouldn't truly support this if it came down to it. Probably still others who would only support it if the journalist and leaker were on the "other side." Imagine Ginni Thomas and Tucker were the ones involved. Would the MAGA folks still find it funny?

Pro-Trump rally speaker says that 'angel of death' is coming for Lindsey Graham and Democrats before end of the year

A speaker at a pro-Trump rally in Pennsylvania said on Friday that the "angel of death" was coming for various politicians, including Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham and high-profile Democrats.

"The angel of death is coming to visit these people. These people are going down. These people who control the world think that they are pharaohs, the present-day pharaohs. Soon you shall never see again," the speaker, who was identified as Bo Polny by HuffPost reporter Christopher Mathias on Twitter, said.

He simultaneously showed an image of high-profile politicians, judges, and journalists, including President Joe Biden, former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, and CNN journalist Brian Stelter.
