I didn’t advocate one. My solution is to stay away from places like that. Pretty simple solution for me and my family.

You are being a sucker. That video coulda been pre decriminalization in Portland. LA, Philly, Tampa, Miami, Jax, you name it.

you are being played. create strong emotions -> trigger sucker -> legalization -> drug apocalypse.

It was a statewide decision, not local. Youtube is not really the best source of news.

I’ve seen plenty of videos on mainstream news from San Francisco and Portland. Thanks for the tip though.

You are now saying Portland and San Francisco are places you’d like to live? Maybe a spot downtown near these “corporate made videos” would be good for you.

What am I supposed to glean from this map in relation to a law passed in 2020? The data predates the law.

These videos are exploitative and ridiculous. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, a college town in a very red State, and I know exactly where I can go downtown and film the same scenes on my phone. Decriminalization has nothing to do with just shoving drugs in the faces of addicts; it has to do with not arresting people for being addicts. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have placed young addicts into rehabs from the hospital emergency room only to have the police come in and arrest them for petty charges like paraphernalia and public intoxication. Forty-eight hours and they will be released back on the streets, whereas I had them going to rehabs for at least 60 days. Those are the issues that prohibition brings. It's not about some considerable party

I think San Fran is one of the greatest cities in the world & I've been some places. Only spent a glorious weekend in Portland - I thought it was fantastic. But, to be honest, I HATE cities. I like a lot where I live (ft. collins), but it's way too big now; I'd much prefer not to live in Bozeman or back in Durango where I used to live.

Oh, oh, something scares me. MAKE IT ILLEGAL! ain't ever gonna fix a damn thing, BIG GOV!

Three New Yorkers Ordered Cocaine From the Same Delivery Service. All Died From Fentanyl.

While I’ve generally been for (reluctantly ) the legalization of pot, I’ve always been against legalizing other harder drugs - because not only are they extremely harmful to the individual but the addiction impacts to others. However, with everything getting laced with Fentanyl, and all the crap that gets into meth, at this point I’d almost support legalization of many drugs, under very heavy regulation.

I counted five public servants helping this guy, and that is expensive. Do what you want, but do not expect help.

So which state do you live in? If it is Florida, it has almost twice the rate of overdose deaths as Oregon in 2020, the last year of the data...during which time Oregon was well below the median overdose death rate...
