Don't think anyone has said coach of the year. But that is the nature of sports fans "What have u done for me lately"
Dude, did you watch the LSU-UT game? Some early misfortune totally turned the tide and they got down bi early.
Didn't Bama play a Brian Kelly coached team not too long ago? January 2021? 31-14 Bama...and what is Brian Kelly’s record against Saban? 0-2?
I don’t agree with the hot-take analysis, but AR might actually throw passes in the NFL. Daniels has no chance of that. Or if so, that franchise deserves what they get.
I do think Daniels will play in the NFL. He is a fluid runner and seems very quick to me. If I were to bet, I think he'll end up a WR in the NFL.
It's OK to admit that a guy like Brian Kelly, who is a borderline HOF college coach, is a little bit better at it at this point in his career than Napier without being a Napier hater. His record in D1 is now 152-64... not too shabby. Napier is 44-15 and has only coached 7 games in power 5. No hate to say one is more experienced than the other at this point and doing more with less. And yes, if you go examine their starters, especially on defense, he has a less talented team than Florida this year ON PAPER, TIFWIW. What he has done, developing that QB this year has been something special to behold. That offense is smoking right now, and the defense is doing just enough to win.
Well first I was careful to say “throws passes.” And this idea that college QB’s suddenly become NFL WR’s needs to die. It’s not that simple. NFL WR’s have been honing those skills for years, and there’s a reason they are pros. I understand there are a handful of examples. It’s simply not realistic though.
He ate BN up, that’s hard to dispute. Exactly as you say, those several seasons of games gave him that edge. BN has to take his lumps too.
If that happens I will do so… And if what you believe to happen doesn’t will you say you got sucked in on hope and change?
