No you don’t. Sec+ does not come with an espn+ subscription. If you have sec network with your current service provider, sec+ is free. You use the espn+ app, but you use your service provider credentials to log in. You do not need an espn+ subscription.
Read this thread. I gave extremely detailed instructions on how to get logged in to access sec+. You have to have sec network with your regular service provider. Is the Eastern Washington game available on YouTube TV?

Weird. I get prompted to sign in with my provider & I put in YoutubeTV and approve access, then it works.
According to this you should already have it thestreamable.com/channels/sec-network-plus I watch it on the ESPN app on my ROKU. Haven't tried any other devices/apps.
If your youtube package includes sec network, then you have access to sec+. You may not understand how to access it, but you do have access. Read the thread I posted a few posts up.
