Don't get cocky. It's looking better for Democrats in the Senate now, but I think it's all but a certainty that they lose the House.
I think you can consider this election an utter disaster for republicans. Midterms in a difficult economy should be a blow out. Instead all signs point to a significant over perform by Democrats. They will hold the Senate and slightly lose the house. There were folks on here predicting a blood bath and historic shift in representation. Nope.
Exactly even with the Republican gerrymander advantage with the new districts it's going to be hard for them to pull off a red wave
If I had to guess, I'd say Dems hold Senate with 50 seats and Repubs gain about 12-15 seats in the House. If that happens, it's a woefully bad performance by Rebubs given the current conditions.
