Anyone with a daughter that plays sports find this video anything but horrifying and infuriating? Guess soon to come video is male softball player drilling a female pitcher in forehead with line drive. That would really Demonstrate enlightenment. Notice this player wasn’t a libero, setter or even a middle. He was an OH with a 3/4 step approach to generate the most velocity on his hit. My daughter plays HS and club and I couldn’t predict my reaction had some dude drilled her like the video.

Transgender volleyball player injures opponent… ‘Hardest hit I’ve ever seen’…

Good lord you people are obsessed with the strangest stuff. "A real girl could never have that much power" ... is that your scientific assessment doctor? You can get hurt in sports. If you don't like that, then don't have your kid play sports.

you clearly don’t have a daughter. Nice straw man…nobody is arguing people don’t get injured in sports.

So why'd you start the thread? If only "real" girls play sports no one gets hurt? No one can be hospitalized in a volleyball game if trans kids are banned? What's your obsession with this? Lots of girls play in boys sports for different reasons. Don't hear much about that. SO why this?

I’m not sure about your gender, but I’d like to put you in soccer goal and take a couple shots. Could be fun.

I don’t think he has children, but he has parental opinions all day long.
    Weird.

Girls play coed until a certain age, then they split off into their own league.
You are very uninformed in this matter. Maybe stick to the communist topics. Remember that’s your thing.

Girls have definitely played HS and even college football! You seemed pretty uninformed perhaps you should stick to gifs rather than embarassing yourself with words.

I’ve previously stated I don’t think trans women should play in womens sports for fairness issues, and now there may be safety issues.

Having said that when I used to play volleyball casually, sometimes at a fairly high level, it was quite common for men and women to play together on the same court. I guess what makes that instance unique is with the players height and low net a spike driven down the line at that trajectory, with no blocker I guess the danger for high school girls is they just don’t expect that because she was kind of in no man’s land and I guess didn’t get her hands up.

Very insightful. Guess how many parents actually have transgendered children? Lol. Pretty much nobody can comment on this topic based on your logic.

But "clearly you dont have a daughter" is? Lots of people with or without daughters support trans rights, so what does that even matter either?

Girls play football? You mean kicking an extra point?
I play coed and mens soccer every week. We don’t strike the ball nearly as hard when there are women on the field. Wonder why.

mental gymnastics from people like you and their lawyers will eventually destroy America. And not to make it better, just because you can.
    Very sad.

Can you not get hit kicking a field goal? I've played coed soccer, and no one held back. One team stuck their girl in front of goal, guaranteeing balls would be flying at her.

I think the difference is in coed sports or where women play mens sports the risk is known and accepted. At high school level you probably have pretty disparate levels of ability and in certain places that just isn’t expected.

The idea of womens sports, especially at grade school level is for them to be able to participate - which includes issues of fairness and safety. Most of these girls won’t be college or professional athletes. The net for women is a half foot lower. So having a biological male being a part of that is problematic, and yes if I were a parent of an injured girl I’d be pretty pissed too.

This is really scary. I bet you that if you give another 12 months, you may be able to find at least one other example in a nation of nearly 400 million people. Obviously we need more laws. I'm surprised they're not special sessions of every state legislature.

And mind you, I'm noting that simply accepting what is being stated at face value, which is almost always unwise.
