Re: US - hammer an aging and already unhealthy population, with fear, months on end ... feign shock when Americans drop like flies.

As I have sought to demonstrate, with various links, is that ALL excess deaths can be accounted for without resorting to a deadly contagion.

Put another way: the deadly pathogen was fear.

That is why I post the information. This is a college sports board, so I assume for the most part that intelligent people can figure it out. It is why I posted the comments on the absence of any disclosed methodology in the Lapido announcement. And the evident weaknesses in what was said. Sadly, most people don’t have or take the time to figure it out. Even smart people. I am still debating when to get the booster. I am three months out now from my omicron infection in late June, early July. But there is no real guidance yet.

This is the only reason I peruse the thread. I have long given up on arguing with deniers. It would have been nice if we could have had a information and discussion thread less all of the science denialism, as well as the repeated attempts to try to convince the unconvinceable.

We are lucky to have Dr. Ladapo (assume that is who you were referring to). Someone who looks at the data/information for experts and does their best to recommend decisions based on the biases out there.

I know, right? I mean those idiots who were for lockdowns, school closures, masks and vaxxing kids have really ruined this thread. Hopefully those people realize how dumb their views were.

It is why we need to allow new threads to be created to let this one go. We need the thread on the pfizer executive admitting they had no evidence the shot would prevent spread to stand on its own.

We need a thread on Dr. Ladapo as the first standing up for the healthy kids in this country to stand on its own.

    Etc...

Instead they want it to get washed up and lost on page 1900...

Scientists pan analysis Florida's surgeon general posted on COVID-19 vaccines

Hotez called it another "phony-baloney" advisory by the DeSantis administration intended to raise the Republican governor's national profile ahead of an election.

"This is much more of a political stunt than it has anything to do with science or protecting the population of the people of Florida … They cherry pick the risks, and they cherry pick the benefits," said Hotez.

Ladapo did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Bryan Griffin, press secretary for DeSantis, said: "We have no interest in responding to this."

I’m a denier. Even before I jettisoned germ theory, as early as mid-2020, I denied that it was in any way scientific, the notion that you could hide from what was supposed to have been an aerosolized submicroscopic particle.

I remember when “scientists” ripped DeSantis for opening schools also…

    FB friend just posted ...

“Any takers? My left arm below my shoulder hurts, throbs, actually. I feel achy, and I'm starting to want to just lay down. Any ideas?”

*In the comments section he allowed that he’d just gotten his booster.

Kind of deceptive since the article relied almost entirely on data from the ERs, not on the number of patients in ICUs or for that matter any other patients admitted to city hospitals that weren't admitted through ERs.
Rather than relying on an article written two and a half years relying on selective data, below are links to some contemporaneous articles.

Covid* tests (entirely fraudulent) we’re going through the roof. But out of sheer panic, hospitals were essentially converted to Covid*-only facilities. People with actual maladies were turned away or they simply died at home, of treatable ailments, because they feared catching Covid* in the hospital. Now add to this the multitudes IN hospital being killed by ventilators, heavy sedatives and toxic pharmaceuticals.

These are the things that many now understand. Propaganda is a very powerful tool that has controlled so many through this. And many are struggling to accept they were controlled. It is human nature to a point…
