It would be an absolute dream to have Tim Tebow as HBC one day.

    Anyone think it's possible?

The recruiting would be insane, he could implement Urban's offensive scheme, and he'd OWN Gainesville, as he already does in my heart. (Along with SS)

Being a coach is a lot of work, and headaches. Tebow had a REALLY good life doing what he does.

    Just stop.

Muschamp won’t come back to be DC
Mullen or Spurrier won’t come back to be OC

Tim Tebow will not be the HC at UF.

    He'll be a politician before he's a coach.

This feels like more of an off-season thread. As Mullen would say, theres r'crootin season, playin season, wakesurf'n season, and Tebow wet dream season.

You mix any of them up and you might not like where your mind takes you.

Maybe he can take over the position SOS is currently one day. Whatever that is I forget.

Just because we love him doesn't make him a coach, nor does it make him have coaching ability.

As soon as Deion wins something REALLY big, I will entertain the thought of Tim as a HC. Otherwise...

Even Deion started at the HS level in 2012

Heroes coming home end more like Frost than Spurrier.

There have been posts in the past about Emmitt coming in and being RB coach as well. Just because they were great players doesn't mean that they can coach. Plus, they've earned their retirements or whatever it is they want to do outside of football.

And Spurrier had pedigree in coaching (Bandits and Duke). That to me was the problem with Kerwin Bell, he wanted the whole enchilada without having been run over a few times by the real colleges. If he wanted the job in earnest, he would have become a QB coach for a program of some ability, then become an OC and then a HC at at least the UAB level. He did none of it.
