In the predict the score thread I said LSU 34 Florida 30. Gave our defense way too much credit. Looks more like it's going to be 54-40 unless we make some major adjustments.
Its one thing to struggle against good offenses. It’s another to struggle against bad offenses Auburn stopped (punt) or created a turnover on 12 of 14 LSU possessions FSU only gave up 120 yards in the 1st half to LSU Our talent isn’t bottom in D1 football
And I agree that talent is lacking, but if what you're doing results in what we're seeing, you try something different. Every third down we rush 4 or fewer and get burned. The obvious answer is to try something else. If that doesn't work oh well, but at this point we're just conceding that a stop depends entirely on either a hero play by 1 person or a mistake by the offense
Just embarrassing. How do the same players start after lookin' at these stats? Kid looks like he's in practice mode.
Im not one who is calling for Tony’s job, way to early for that. But I hope If the day comes where it needs to happen BN has the stones to make the decision.
Yes. The score isn't out of hand yet. Most of the comments have been about the defense and clock management. Fair criticisms.
My question is why not use those timeouts with more time left on the clock to execute a strategy to methodically move down the field into scoring position. I get the bit about saving a second for a hopeful throw.
