The link is that the Tweet thread. I'll summarize it here but I never like to do that because I feel like I don't do it justice and someone will point out something I state that isn't quite correct and jump me.

But essentially when he was given the briefing on the intelligence for the war, and took it home to read over the weekend some very fit "joggers" in his neighborhood stopped by as he was out of the yard and asked him what he thought about the briefing. They told him to go back and ask for certain items that had code words that he would not have otherwise received, that contradicted everything else the administration of put together. Happened twice.

Ah, so like a modern “All the presidents men” with deep throat joggers.

That's a good way of putting it.

Of course the random joggers in DC neighborhoods has both happened and is an element of fantasy. Supposedly every Clinton enemy was followed by joggers and always just escaped death.

I found that farcical fantasy funny enough before even though a lot of people wanted to believe it. But it was really frustrating in 2016. Hillary Clinton supposedly had people knocked off all the time yet somehow Anthony Weiner was still alive to have a laptop that was seized and kick back up the email nonstory.
