100% agree on K Paul's. That was my go to when I lived in NOLA.

 

Good call. I was the acoustical consultant for the Sazerac House at 500 Canal St. A must see museum and exhibit building with offices and event space on top. One of the coolest buildings (historic renovation) in all of New Orleans. A must see for anyone visiting NOLA. The Sazerac was the first cocktail. Made in NOLA. Not my type of drink, but the museum is awesome.
