Maybe also best that people stop thinking they can do whatever they want whenever they want with zero criticism or personal responsibility

    And...
I have my male friends to have discussions with.

Just turn the face into a video console and today's young men will be in heaven.

Luckily for me I'm older and have a great partner.
She understands the concept of less bitch'in more kitchen :ninja2::D.

She is far more intelligent than me but I even question that sometimes, her degrees are from Ol' Miss and FSU.

To address the topic: Quite understandable given the recent Supreme Court decision to take away a fundamental right of the female sex.

Just because one is "better educated" doesn't mean they're "smarter". ;) For example, my wife calls me one of the "dumbest smart people" she's ever met. :D

Serious question. Shouldn't the father to be (if in the picture) have any say in the decision? It does take two to tango in that regard.

It's not any women's job to provide a baby for any family.

There is nothing I could say here that would get me labeled Neanderthal or misogynistic. Therefore I am sitting this one out.

I'll ask you the same question I asked AzCatFan. Doesn't the dad to be get any say in the decision depending on the circumstances?

There is a lot to this. More women are trending towards college then men. A lot more. College people tend to be more liberal, even as they age.

there have been several postings recently about men being unhappy in western society. Part of that is that many are raised under this old outdated notion of working and supporting a family and that just isn’t the reality anymore. And I won’t even address how the internet has impacted mens sexual expectations and how that doesn’t align at all with the realities of western women in most cases.

so these men have unrealistic expectations about a whole myriad of things and many of them have been instructed by the media to blame liberalism for their problems.

Not really, because the granting of access to one's body in one context does not confer rights on another's body in another context.

Please don't turn this into an abortion thread.

It will take the fun right out of it.

Can the man opt out of providing for the baby if the woman chooses to keep it? Yea f the woman has the option to abort or keep and the man has no say then the man should have the option to choose not to support the baby if he chooses. But for some reason most women don’t like that option either. They want to have all the choices and the power to make the man pay for those choices…

This. The woman has to endure 9 full months of pregnancy, and all the bodily changes that come with it. The man? He can disappear today and be very difficult to locate.

In a perfect world, the woman would want the man to be involved, and the man would be eager to participate in any and all decisions. But we don't live in a perfect world.

See I've got an issue there assuming ideal circumstances. Wasn't it the decision of both to grant access to each other's bodies in the first place? Wouldn't it have been the decision of both to have unprotected sex? Why shouldn't be a discussion and the decision of both to keep the child or not?
