The funny thing about Tuberville's racist scare tactics about Democrats and crime is that crime is worst in Republican-led red states.

Blacks in America are literally intoxicated by the idea that all of the problems they face are not related to their own behavior. White liberals have bought into that because it is the politically correct thing to do.

I did not realize that Republican governors and legislators had no responsibility for crime in their states. But I guess that makes sense. Repubs don't take responsibility for anything.

Why didn't you start your first sentence off with "The"?

They can only do so much with libbies gone wild. With all your intelligence, seems like you’d know that cities are almost always libbie heavy.

If the cities are all libbie heavy and yet red states still have worse crime rates than blue states what does that say? Blue cities in red states do worse than blue cities in blue states. So the variable here is the state color, not the city color.

When you have a problem, it’s still a problem no matter how you want to put it. Cities are just more dangerous and they’re always libbie infested.

But somehow the problem isn't as bad in blue states as it is in red states. Of the 15 states with the highest violent crime rates, 11 of them are red states.

Easy. Ship out the libbies to the blue states. Problem solved.

You can tell someone is engaged in dis/misinformation when they post such a misleading headline given the debate on this thread.

    From the article:
The consent decree followed a class-action lawsuit that alleged the county’s policies led to people who couldn’t afford bail for misdemeanor charges being held longer than those with the ability to pay, a violation of the Constitution. The lead plaintiff was a woman who was arrested for driving on an invalid license and jailed because she couldn’t pay $2,500 bail. The study’s authors said the Harris County changes could serve as a blueprint for other jurisdictions, allowing governments to reap the same benefits without having to deal with a costly lawsuit.

This reform in Harris county was done for low level, non-violent misdemeanors…but nice try.

And? There’s always a few nut jobs on both sides. You let me know when you see conservative led areas of the country not only sit idly by while their municipalities burn, but openly support the criminality.

It's impressive how you post false talking points, accuse me of misinformation for responding with a study, and then prove you have absolutely no understanding of how bail reform works in the process.

Speaking of shipments from Red states to Blue states, Red states are apparently in the business of providing illegal firearms to criminals in Blue States.
    Some examples.

Your study is just that…a single study on one type of bail reform dealing with low-level, non-violent offenses. If you don’t like the fact an example related to a driver’s licenses was highlighted in the article then don’t post it.
