No surprise he said it. No surprise it won’t affect him one bit with the Republican constituency. I’ve given up on Republicans, they are effectively mostly stupid. Look at their twitter feeds. The right wing nuts on here have less crazy posts than Senators and Congressmen/women from the “Conservative, but not really” party.
Yes, that would be one hell of a correction to his 'poorly chosen words:' "Uh, I know I said that Democrats are pro-crime and want more crime ... well that's a stupid thing to say. And, uh, when I said that blacks commit all the crime in the United States, that's the liberal media's fault for quoting me."
It wasn’t inarticulate. It’s clear what he’s saying and what he’s saying is racist. Not sure why you can’t just admit that.
Dems are against police? Sounds like you've been watching too many right-wing political ads. You know a lot of stuff on those ads isn't true, right?
The uncontrolled riots of 2020 laid bare the truth so many are afraid to speak and what Tuberville articulated. democrats are pro-crime when it suits their political needs and furthers their agenda. Period. And Tuberville didn’t need to say it. More and more Americans who are being impacted by all types of crime are realizing the same. There’s a reason it’s at or near the top issue in broad based polling.
Not that there was much doubt prior to his remarks but Tommy Tuberville has confirmed what we all knew, the Republican Party of today is the new Dixiecrat Party.
Huh? who said you actually had to commit the violence yourself? Just offer excuses and state your support for angry protests and looters, don’t condemn it, immediately call to defund the police, promote a victim mentality to stoke even more violence, provide bail funding for protestors to get immediate release…and then wait a few months and push bail reform to where career criminals begin to terrorize society….all the while fundraising off the whole thing and working to censor any opposition. When confronted on the back end of it, just say you’re never in favor of violence. Democratic playbook to a tee.
So which prominent Democrats (governors, senators, congress people, mayors of major cities...). stated their support for the looters? And which ones called for actually defunding the police? I'm sure you can find many examples, since this stuff is apparently what all democrats did.
And you've just seen the entire Democrat Party do that? The thing, there were lots of people committing violence during those protests and riots, including some on the right. How many are really affiliated in any way with a political party? Conservatives blame so much on Antifa. You really figure they're active Democratic supporters? Big Joe Biden fans? As far your take above, how many Democrats called for defunding the police? How many provided bail funding? Just saying "well ... some did" doesn't mean anything. It's easy to paint the entire Republican Party with the same "well ... some did ..." That doesn't mean it's true for an entire party.
It’s beautiful watching democrats play the “all or nothing” game when pinned down on their ridiculous crime policies. Let’s see how many “off topics” I get for this? Why Shoplifting Is Now De Facto Legal In California
The SEC should condemn the language of Tuberville, and he should be permanently banned from coaching any SEC program. And Auburn should strip him of any accolades, awards, or acknowledgments that were given to him during or after his tenure as head coach.
