That douchebag was A 2x SWAC Defensive Player of the Year, a 2nd round draft pick and played 11 years in the league. He just doesn’t run his mouth like Deion so you don’t know how successful he is.

I don’t hate Deion like many on here, but I agree with Robinson here. Don’t pull all that shit during the week and in the game and then try to hug it out like we cool. We ain’t cool.

That douchebag should tell his players to not curse at opposing head coaches during pregame warmups then. Deion matched ASU's disrespect with some disrespect of his own. Like I said, if Robinson pulled those same sore loser antics against UF folks would be calling him a clown and rightfully so.

Alabama State players cursed Deion out during pregame warmups, maybe their parents or their douchebag coach should've taught them how to show respect

The "he aint SWAC" comment and the the fact that Eddie Robinson Jr said he was a great player (not great coach), lends me to think he thinks he doesn't like Deion coming in, using his name and jumping the line in front of everyone. Yeah, Deion is winning, but he's got a loaded roster compared to the rest of the SWAC.
He comes in loaded and thinks he's an amazing coach. Yeah, I bet that's not sitting well with a lot of the SWAC coaches.

So I have a couple issues with that video yo one is is you can see he was about to go to his right for his walk but then stops says where's Bucky and they turns left and starts walking right through Alabama States Team and if he had to go that way he could have easily like another poster said and then courteous and stopped and said Hey to the coach or a few players as he cut through but watching that video he walked through there like he own that field with the security at his side didn't see him talk to anybody just walk right through. I mean me personally I don't have a whole lot of problems with the guy but he is an instigator and this was kind of what he tried to do even said he sold it pretty good.

My other issue is Why does he have his own film crew to film his entry Walk/routine to the field especially if it's one he does every single game, While wearing a sweater that says @coach prime on the back of it . I kind of just wish he was a little bit more about Jackson state and his players than he is about coach Prime time

Eddie Robinson JR was a sore loser. But Deion is all about self-promoting. They were both right about each other...and they are both douches.

Uh no. I call it like I see it, you do NOT go thru the other team (while filming it conveniently) and then be mister bro hug after the game.

Nobody was tuning in to watch that conference's football games before Deion got there, Eddie should be thanking Deion for bringing the SWAC some national attention.

And if you're a coach your players DO NOT have the right to curse out an opposing coach during pregame, then get mad when the opposing coach your players cursed out is throwing the ball deep late in the game. All is fair in love and football.

I had no comment on those players actions, coach probably wasn't even aware of that at time of presser. Doesn't excuse Sanders one bit. You may think all is fair, but football people believe in certain etiquettes, traditions, rules of conduct. Break em and you are going to hear about it.

I mean we're living in a time where most college coaches jump from team to team after 2-3 years when a better opportunity comes along. This idea that coaches are about the "team" is laughable because we all know the majority of them are about themselves.

Players are a reflection of their coaches, so all that etiquette, tradition and rules of conduct talk goes out the window once your players curse out an opposing coach during pregame. Alabama State reaped what they sowed and their butthurt coach threw a hissy fit because he got spanked during his team's homecoming week. I'd be salty too if I was Eddie Robinson.

and it’s weird coming from a fanbase where our most famous HC made a living out of throwing shots at other teams and coaches

True. I hope folks who are irked by Deion's "douchebaggery" realize that's exactly how opposing SEC fans felt about Spurrier whenever he'd take shots at teams and coaches. For the record, I had no problem with Spurrier ruffling feathers, but I'm not about to sit here and clutch my pearls when another coach does it.

Big difference between SOS doing some talking and Sanders physically going thru their pregame. Spurrier would NEVER do junk like that.
