I agree on the second part, he should definitely wait and pass on those two jobs. I don’t believe Memphis Mike will make it 4-5 more years in Tally though. Coach Prime will be the next HC there, imho, the question is when. I contend it will be sooner rather than later.

I think Coach Prime could recruit lights out at GT. Former Falcons DB, former Braves player, coaching GT....yeah he could get the players to Georgia Tech.

Love him or hate him Sanders is a marketing machine and carries a lot of clout with young players.

Turn down Auburn? Absolutely. Turn down GT? No way.

Or the NFL's all time rushing leader, 3 Superbowl rings, the NFL MVP and Superbowl MVP....not many people can match Emmitts NFL stats.

A lot of those players won't be able to get into GT, at Auburn they will take literally anyone.

He will be 60 years old at that point. If he really wants to make a run at D1 he better make it soon

Can't think of anyone who would fit back in at fsu more than Deion "Past his Prime" Sanders... (not a complement).

Yea, GA Tech’s admissions department would need to be redefined.

I think the whole thing is silly but let's be honest, this is what deion does, he talks , and he's usually better at that then the other person and he gets under their skin. There is an advantage to deion being so comfortable being mic'd, on television, and in front of a crowd..... he'll usually win the battle of words.

I liked deion as a CB in the NFL, but there's just something about a nearly 60 year old man who coaches kids that still talks about "coachPrime" in the 3rd person. Lol

His son sure does look the part at QB though doesn't he? Nice talent.

Dont forget Deion is butt hurt he didn't even get an interview with the clown college. He is all about the money too so FSU will need to have a big check book to get him there and also add some "were sorry money" on top of that to make him forget their dishonor. That being said they just locked NorveLLL into a longer deal this December and are dead f-n broke so expect Deion to NOT be anywhere near the clown college anytime soon.

Deion is and always will be cheating, class skipping, low life Seminole...no matter how great he was on the field he's a complete product of Bobby Bowden and his dirty play.

When the opposing coach or players walk thru the team's warm up or even on the team's sideline you can expect heat for this. sanders has played enough to know this and I have seen this enforced at the middle school level.

    NOW,

When I coached and wanted to send a message to the other team based on prior history or something said on social media during the week, I made a point to walk up their sideline fully prepared to start something.

IMO, sanders didn't get his ass whooped because he is a HOFer. If he didn't want it taken the wrong way, he could have walked up to several of the players, shook hands with them, said something positive to them, and they would have thought he was just doing his routine and we wouldn't have heard anything about this.

ETA: By something positive, I mean "hey big fella, I saw you on film!!" with a pat on the shoulder or back.

Anyone would be able to recruit at Tech given its location if they toned down their academics, but that ain't gonna happen.

Only because he said it about Deion. Let an opposing coach pull those same sore loser antics against UF after we whooped him, and Gator fans would be dragging him by his scalp.

Unfortunately we live in a world where where cheaters, lowlives, scumbags and just overall bad people are praised, adored and fawned over in all facets of American society and that goes beyond sports...Deion is just getting in where he fits in.

Nick Saban, Kirby Smart, Dabo Swinney etc all have contracts worth close to or over $100 million dollars, they're "all about the money" just like Deion is.

Which douchebag are you referring to, the douchebag sore loser coach who threw a hissy fit because his team lost?
