I thought they had this game, and that I was never going to hear the end of it from FSU fans

Boy was I glad to be wrong

 

Our OC also called a similar play that got picked in the end zone. The difference is that fsu didn’t need to score a TD and def did not need to put it in the air.

 

I always wondered what happened with those guys Cletus and Poot from the late night commercials from Family Auto Mart but I never knew one was an NC State fan.

When we did it, our QB audibled into it. Also, we were behind 4 points and in the end we won that game.

 

I just watched the replay, of the NCSU TD. A similar pole in the camera range showed two security guards to discourage pole climbing!

I heard a local (Raleigh) interview with him Friday. Great guy. He said he almost missed the game due to LOTS of pregame drinking.
