Maybe, but certainly not by the press. It will be soft ball after soft ball but that's the way they are. It's only when a coach is about to get fired that they actually ask tough questions.
Pearsall was open, he just didn't set his feet and it sailed on him, resulting in the tip. He sets his feet and throws it low, it's either a catch or a punt. Not an INT resulting in good field position.
