Wow you have your disinformation all mixed up. The alleged vote manipulating satellites were supposedly Italian satellites via the Vatican. Now Venezuela was also supposedly involved in election machine tampering.

As an aside, Brazil actually does use satellites to communicate remote vote tallies.
