Or being so obtuse that you don't understand that he did vote to approve 17B in funding? I guess the quote "you can't fix stupid" applies to you here. Congrats.

Here is the full text of the amendment DeSantis voted for, can you identify the 17B in funding he voted to approve?

accompanying reports for the relevant fiscal year covering
such account or item, or for accounts and items not included
in appropriation Acts, as delineated in the most recently
    submitted President's budget).
    (c) In the case of any fiscal year 2013 appropriation Act

He voted for the amendment and didn’t vote for the final bill.
Seems both sides are correct. But the mean nerds can’t stop trying to be right. It’s frightening.

No. Everyone knows he didn't vote for 17B in funding. What he voted for was, if the bill ultimately passed, the money would be taken from other spending. He didn't vote for the bill.

He voted against funding (with no offsets) in 2013. He voted for funding (with no offsets) in 2017.

All you can do is keep correcting them. It's like with the MAGA/QAnon election deniers. When they spew their lies and misinformation you just have to state the actual facts in response. It won't matter for them because they won't accept anything that doesn't confirm their alternate reality. But it's still important to state the actual truth/facts in response. Once we stop correcting them they've won.
