As soon as he is deposed by CNN's attorneys he will drop the lawsuit. It's virtually certain that Donald Trump a pathological liar who is incapable of telling the truth would never allow himself to be placed in a situation in which he has to answer questions under oath.
Perhaps surprisingly, a large percentage of the people he's threatened to sue. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he's threatened to sue just about everyone with a recognizable name.
