Toyota’s are awesome. We just replaced our 2005 Tacoma 4 banger with a 2022 Tacoma V6. Wanted to do the 4 banger again but needed something with more oomph for the towing we had planned. Great engine, though, I’ll miss it.

Have we taken the levying of taxes part of the Constitution from Congress and given it to the Executive branch because the Pubs filibuster everything?

    Like what-override the Constitution?
Do you actually think before you post, or do you just start typing partisan tripe with no thought whatsoever?

Toyota or Honda, maintained by the book will get you 250K miles. Run a good synthetic and you should be good for 400K. German engines are fun to drive hard but they wouldn’t sniff 250K unless you ran synthetic and changed it every 1,000.

Woke liberal socialist DeSantis redistributing wealth via gas price reductions. Smh.

Why should my taxes be used to subsidize those with combustion engines?

How do you figure reducing taxes on something effects your taxes. Were you paying extra taxes on gas?

Presumably, this doesn't reduce the amount of maintenance needed for roads, right? So now where does the money come from?

Georgia did it months ago. Not sure if it’s still in effect?

Why should electric vehicles use our roads for free without paying a user fee or tax? State gas taxes fund roads.

That would make sense if the majority of funds used for road repair came from fuel tax, but it doesn't

Where does it come from then? The feds receive fuel taxes as well.

Of course it’s an election play. Where was this in the spring and summer when gas was over $4/gallon?
