All of S FL now under TS warning too - even FLL/Miami area. Looking at wind radius, I'm expecting all of the peninsula to see some TS force winds.
Once Ian comes inland, looks like it's heading up the center of the state toward Lakeland and Orlando.
In case someone hasn't already said it, if you are in the line of danger do a walk through of your home before and record a video on your phone. This can be incredibly useful for insurance claims.
I'm off of 40 east of 11. I figure we will be ok but power outages suck. Don't really have a good place to keep a generator but I'm over this. Gonna have to find one in the future
Eh, it will barely have time to reform. Coastal areas might see flooding on the east coast, but there won’t be the wind damage well get on the west coast. I remember when Charlie cut through the state it knocked a lot of trees down in central FL. With it being a slow mover and saturating the ground that might happen again.
