Just do what the cops say and you won’t get hurt… unless the cop tells you to get in the car parked on the train tracks. Wonder if a resisting arrest charge would have stuck if you refused to get in the car.

So these geniuses thought it was a good idea to park directly on the tracks? Imagine being the person who was handcuffed in the back of the car as the train comes careening towards you and your life flashes before your eyes. I smell a huge lawsuit. Blue Lives Matter squad will come up with some asinine defense as to how these bumbling, stumbling cops allowed this to happen tho.

 

I can understand not seeing it in the dark but surely she felt it when she drove onto it. Ok, some people suffer from vibration insensitivity (an affliction I completely made up) but she must have noticed it when she walked from the car, back to the car to put the suspect in, and then away from the car when she left her there. There’s no way she didn’t realize that the car was on train tracks.

 

They had the flashing lights on, train is required to move over a lane to give the police space, probably wrote the engineer a ticket…

It’s not about what they have to do to get fired. It’s one simple thing they have to do to not get fired; call their union.

 

Oh, they knew, there we signs everywhere in that video, and you could tell by the way she immediately freaked out when she finally realized it was a train horn, she didn't have to check, she knew it was on the track ... "it's on the tracks, OMG" ... which was like the forth time he blew it, they missed the first few times, and just keep talking louder until the engineer was laying on the horn ... idiots.
