2 of my neighbors just got back from Ireland. Their trip was horrible. they both got covid, had fevers & little energy for pretty much the whole trip.
So you agree with Biden, but use the WHO statement to rebuke him? I'm just trying to figure out what your take it here.
My take is everyone has been telling us to follow science and the WHO is the one who determines when the term pandemic begins or ends and here we have the POTUS telling us the Pandemic is over while the WHO says it is not. Why is he not following science? The point is hypocrisy when its politically expedient. As in just before midterms. It's transparent BS.

The major challenge here, IMO, is that the delineation between “over” and “not over” is one of kind, but the actual epidemic situation is one of degree. There was no particular minute that it started, and there can’t be one when it ends. As in the problem of determining when “life” begins, we are left with a question that seems scientific, but is actually entirely based on human categorization. Neither the WHO, nor Fauci, nor Biden, nor Denmark can be the arbiter of truth here.
Most companies / employers have already moved to endemic stage. Schools are open and mask optional. It’s moving out of the minds of voters. People are focused on the economy and personal rights. edit: I missed democracy. I believe that is the number 1 or 2 issue.
For the second time... I agree with him. Just trying to figure out when it became ok to dispute the WHO. Some of us have had issues with them all along. Just trying to figure out why now Biden thinks its also OK?
