They got them off as quick as possible.

The good news is the migrants are likely in far better circumstances than the dare I say million plus in Texas…

Well that is quite the goalpost move to cover for the fact you said a bunch of untrue things. No, they aren't on the island. Yes, the National Guard is the military. And they are neither illegal nor "paperless."

None of this changes the three completely false claims that you made. Martha's Vineyard did not deport them. They are still in the country. Martha's Vineyard has no control over the military (including the National Guard). The Governor of Massachusetts does, and he provided them with the option of moving to a facility where the state could provide the services necessary because of what Florida did (which is that they lied to the people about where they were going and what they were receiving when they got there). And they are applied for asylum, so they have legal authorization to be in the country.

Well, I guess making up numbers is one route to take. Trust the data!

Just pointing out how quick they got them removed. It was classic watching some lady get interviewed and say they don’t have room for them. Emathy at its finest! LOL!

I already pointed out the legal issue this caused for the migrants and the fact that they have been removed from any planned support networks. But, to acknowledge that, is to treat them like more than cargo, so I doubt we will see that out of you, the right wing media you are parroting, or DeSantis, who is doing nothing more than providing them with content so you can feel your feelings.

On the positive side, the Martha's Vineyard people actually did treat them like humans for their stay on the island (as did the Governor of Massachusetts, who didn't lie to them). So they get to hold that one over on you.

Accurate except for the fact that they aren't illegal immigrants and they voluntarily agreed to be transported by the Massachusetts state government to the military base which is much better equipped to provide emergency services than the town of Martha's Vineyard. Since you apparently didn't read it the first time I posted it you may want to educate yourself by clicking on this link.
The migrants sent to Martha's Vineyard have been voluntarily taken to a military base for support, officials say

Making up numbers? 2 million is what I have heard reported. So I with the dare I of a million still there. Certainly could be off. But…2021 was 2 million and on pace to beat that this year.

Migrant encounters top 2 million in calendar year 2021, on pace for repeat in 2022

***Arizona/New Mexico/California certainly getting a lot of this as well***

Wow, so all of the immigrants come into Texas? And stay a long time after being granted authorization in the US? That is strange to hear, given that your link is a picture from outside San Diego, CA, and that is quite a long way from Texas.

I think they are as happy as can be. Out of the area where thousands and thousands are trying to figure out what to do. They signed the release and got the map. Landed in one of the richest places on earth. And were quickly removed. But still likely in a better situation.

Sure it was quick. Seems to be logical to move them to a facility better equipped to provide support as soon as possible. Seems to me that empathy is also expressed by concern that the migrants receive the best support available.

You responded before I added the other border states. But yes Texas is the main area as it has the most border to deal with…

So, as I said, just making up numbers is one choice.

    LOL.

money of the richest places on earth could not provide for 50 people. If only Obama was having his super spreader birthday party that day. Just laughable that Martha’s Vineyard is not capable to help 50 migrants. Seriously obtuse to think they are not capable.

Nope. Considering 3 million by now over the last year and a half. I think it is safe to say a million is a fair educated low ball guess for Texas.

You know it but will continue your circular deflection…

Give it up. When there is a facility already able to provide support it's not really logical to try to do so on an ad hoc basis although the residents of Martha's Vineyard actually demonstrated that were willing to provide support given how they responded when the migrants first arrived from San Antonio on Air DeSantis with no advance notice.

That One migrant said that he was happy because he was well fed in Martha’s Vinyard doesn’t change the despicable lies or behavior by DeSantis and those who he engaged for this stunt. DeSantis gets no credit for the good treatment of these migrants because he had nothing for to do with it. He did not even have the humanity to give the folks in Martha’s Vinyard a heads up that he was sending them there. Try a real source. And don’t ignore all the links in all three threads that show how these migrants were lied to. They are told they would be taken to New York or Boston.

Just stop it!!! They are illegals, not migrants. They are being imported and given benefits we cannot afford and that is deserved by Americans and you know exactly why. It is certainly not compassion. Compassion begins with serving Americans and taking care of us first. You and your people have betrayed this country. Sadly, most of your party's supporters are too ignorant to know how badly you and Biden have betrayed them. That said, if your distorted view of reality is that DeSantis engaged in a "stunt" that transported 50 migrants to Martha's Vinyard, how then do you characterize your suicidal administration's open borders and transporting hundreds of thousands of illegals across country at our expense, giving them untold billions of dollars, and dumping them on towns, cities, states? Certainly someone as intelligent as you can answer that question. Waiting on an answer. Better yet, PM me- I already know you're not man enough.

Your President and his Administration are scumbags of the highest level. They have no business spending our money flying these illegals around my country without the consent of the states. It's absurd to demonize a state fighting back against what your pitiful President has done. You are 100% completely full of crap, and are complicit and responsible for the damage you've done to our way of life and the unimaginable hardship that will come from this administration in the future. Get your lazy ass off the computer and into the grocery stores, then out to the gas stations and apologize to every one you see. It IS your fault. Prove me wrong.

When you take responsibility for housing and caring for illegals, then open your mouth. Until then, you're the problem and as fake as your administration. Your country became a joke when you elected this dolt. Until you meet your obligation to the American people you need to shut up.

Yep. I am making an educated guess. With reports of 3 million plus border contacts over the last year and a half (don’t forget the ones that get across with no contact)…it is safe to say Texas is dealing with a million still.

I will be happy to acknowledge I am wrong. Do you have evidence to say so?

I think it is great that we are talking about the disaster caused by biden. Stinks it has got to this point. But these 50 migrants hit the lottery. Even with Martha’s Vineyard pawning them off…
