This has been talked about for years. There are dozens of examples of us thinking we had a bright idea to offset oit mistakes in nature only to unleash and equally or even bigger one.
Do I understand this aerosol polar injection into the Stratosphere would occur annually? and would that provide safeguards against adverse impacts? If this project was successful it may prove a temporary needed bridge of time before the global civilization is ever able to decarbonize our industry and our lives.
Or someone will capitalize on the idea with carbon offset credits, which give companies a green light to pollute more.

We’re going to have to try something. Maybe this is the something. More importantly, will there be sales tax added on to the $11 billion? If so, we might not be able to afford it.
The difference is that it's actually based on science. Not sure about the science for treating Covid with bleach or light.
