The "Purge Law" starts in Illinois starting 1/1/2023.

Please point to what opinion on the topic in his own post he had or any other of his follow up posts he has expressed an opinion. I'll hang up and wait...forever.

 

I deleted the post 10 minutes after I posted it. I actually thought (incorrectly) from the pic of the video that it was another one of his posts on transgender persons. In any event and as previously stated if he really wants a serious discussion on any subject he should cease beginning threads with YouTube videos.

 

The nature of the responses reflect those to a poster who is uninterested in discussing a topic in a thread they themselves started

Its clearly something he spends a lot of time watching videos about which give him some kind of hit of dopamine.

 

But he does seem to have an obsession with the issue.

If I understand the bill correctly the entire issue is people (social media / MSM / politicians / pundits) have labeled a bill as being something other than what it portrays. Bottom line people will still need to put up bail depending on the charged criminal infraction.

The effectiveness of the law will be determined after it goes into effect. If the stated infractions that require bail are not enforced then the public has a valid complaint and should question why the law isn't being enforced.

The sad part is this tactic has become common place. If you don't like a bill you label it as something other what it is Don't Say Gay comes readily to mind.
