Trump's lawsuit against Hillary and others has been dismissed by a federal judge.

Hope his lawyer got paid upfront.
Read an account recently that reported he once tried to pay his lawyer with the deed to a horse. He had named the horse after himself (DJ Trump) and claimed that increased the horse’s value by $250K.

Vanderbilt football has a higher winning percentage than Trump does in lawsuits

Here's a funny. trump asked the presiding judge for this case to recuse himself because he was nominated by the husband of one of the parties (Clinton).

I don't recall him asking Cannon to recuse herself from the MAL search warrant case.

    Hypocrite.

Being an avid student (and ardent practitioner!) of hypocrisy, I really love this kind of claim, where one is hypocritical about one’s hypocrisy. I call it “hyper-hypocrisy” (though it carries the academic moniker of blindspot bias), and it is a mainstay on this board.

Like in this example, a very partisan member of the board will claim that a judgement can’t be trusted because it comes from some whose wife is on the other side or comes from a partisan state, etc. Clearly, even being associated with something associated with the other side is such a blinding force that that people’s minds are necessarily twisted. And yet this same poster loudly boasts about how they are a staunch supporter of their own side, seemingly completely unaware that this admission entirely negates their own trustworthiness by their own logic.

Are you saying I'm being hypocritical by pointing out trump's directly comparable hypocrisy?

And which bundle of hypocrisy does the most damage to the social fabric? An anonymous poster on a sports board without millions of followers, adherents, and supporters or that of the POTUS who possesses all those things and more making constitutional arguments in a federal court?

No sorry, I was talking about Trump, but I do see it everywhere. I’m probably engaging in it right now somehow.

I don't mean to be harsh, but Trump and his supporters never believe that any rules are of neutral applicability. They believe that there is an in group and an outgroup and that they are the real Americans and that the rules protect but do not find them, to use the familiar construction. So a judge that favors him is by definition correct and objective, and vice versa

Clearly Trump’s power magnifies the effects of all his deeds, for better and worse. I just honestly do get a lot of pleasure out of blindspot bias. I mean, there is a cognitive bias regarding cognitive biases. How incredible.

How about this?! Trump tried to get this lawsuit before the same judge hearing the Mar-A-Lago matter. Fortunately, the blind assignment didn’t go his way. LOL
