And even if it is about "Little Rocket Man" it's still illegal for an individual who lost his security clearance by virtue of losing an election to possess highly classified (at least Top Secret and more likely Top Secret SCI) documents at unsecured location even if and maybe especially if the documents concern the nuclear capability of a potential enemy of the US.
