We grew up with Gottfied, I mean, when I heard that voice, I associated it with fall, football and fun! Miss that voice.

Gotfried was one of my all time favs. Just exuded college football

Positive

 

Joker has had a rough start to his year on field. Could potentially lose a star from analysts, if on field performance does not improve. Know he was very sick and missed practice the entire week prior to trying to give it a go in week 1. Wishing him the best, as seems like a good kid.

 

I used to scream the whole time too. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that I have to start saving myself between plays or I won’t live long enough to see another NC. So now I wait till they break huddle before cupping my hands around my mouth like a horn and screaming until I see spots. Takes a toll on ya

Yea, I stopped screaming at the TV years ago, myself. I do a calm yell today. Lol. I do have to remember I’m in the comfort of my home, while fans have been yelling for hours in the heat and that does take a toll. Been there and done that and can’t wait to do it vs LSU.

Is this the new Photo room/area I’ve heard about?

 

The only time I saw him was that penalty late in the game on the kick off team, I believe it was for unnecessary roughness or late hit… But seem like a cheap call by the ref… anyway that’s the only time I saw him on the field.

 

I wasn’t looking for him early, but he was definitely on kickoff and had at least one good tackle

 

I was talking about Perkins for LSU. That penalty was the only time I remember seeing him play.

 

This for sure. I watched the game again today (original broadcast). There was one point in the broadcast where you could hear the stadium announcer in the background start to talk and he was immediately filtered out. I wasn’t listening for it but found it odd and remembered when I saw your post.
