When the pubs take control of Congress after the mids will they Article 25 Biden?

One would think that somebody who started a topic on this would know that it isn't "Article 25" that it is the "25th Amendment to the US Constitution" and would also know that it is an action by the executive branch and the difference between the executive branch and the legislative branch. But then again, this thread has just about the level of understanding of the issue that I would expect.

 

I was just about to say this. Reading is fundamental. The element of the 25th Amendment referred to here involves the Cabinet, not the Congress. You want to try and persuade President Biden’s Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, then go right ahead.

 

Is this stupidity why you have been so eager for the GQP to take back the House? Not knowing this was a cabinet function?

They are drawing up articles if impeachment because of the invented “crisis” on the Southern Border. FOX runs with this “crises” every day. Immigrants are easy to demonize and most people don’t live on the Southern border.

If the 25th Amendment (not Article 25) wasn't invoked against this guy who was far more cognitively limited than Biden it will not be invoked against Old Joe and you should know that it's the Cabinet not the House responsible invoking the 25th Amendment.

 

Just straight up impeach him Would be doing the Dems a favor getting rid of The Big Guy before '24. Of course, impeach Harris too so that the Speaker of the House would be pro tem for last 2 years.

No one said anything about conviction. I cannot imagine any probable circumstances where one party has two-thirds of the Senate but the other party somehow has the White House. The days of a party checking their own, as what happened under Nixon, seem to be long over. Impeachment is just a very long, very involved process to censure (i.e. politically embarrass) the sitting President. It won’t mean anything if the Republicans manage to do it except (in my opinion), that the people’s time would have been better served by them doing something else.

 

Those were not even the right words off the test, not even close.
