I hope you realize that the main person who is complaining about the speech and ready to sacrifice himself in combat because of it did not actually watch the speech.

They don’t like being called out for what they are, but have no problem projecting the same stuff on members of the left. Funny how they react when someone actually calls them out, shows their true colors.

Can some of you who claim to be outraged by Biden's speech post a few of the passages that you found the most outrageous. Where he call half the country fascists, terrorists, etc? Where he threatened any kind of violence?
    Anything?

Yes it's always us who are in the wrong. Was there any self reflection by the left after the summer riots in 2020? I never heard a single liberal say they were wrong for destroying cities in the summer of 2020. I never heard a single liberal say they were wrong to push to defund the police. Your side is incapable of self reflection.

It's the same games your side always plays. When the right wins it's always "we all need to come to the middle, compromise, work together and put country over party". Essentially all you're saying is don't actually try to do anything you said on the campaign trail. Don't actually try to represent your base. But when the left wins it's always "elections have consequences, get to the back of the bus." Always moving the goalpost.

It's really rich that you complain so much about us not accepting the results of the 2020 election when your side never truly accepted the results of the 2016 election.

We won't follow your game anymore. RINO's might but true conservatives won't.

Good luck with that, because it didn’t happen. Just more projection from the right, per usual.

Dems are not controlled by their extremists, pubs currently are, and only one side is employing violence and threats down to even the local level. I will agree that the tribalism has got to stop

Mocking and insulting others is the same way MAGA functions. Dems who do this are just opposite side of same coin and part of the problem.

Liberal checking in. Anyone who destroyed cities or called to defund the police was wrong. Ok, well now you cannot say you’ve never heard it. Next topic.

He called out a movement. It want “good people on both sides.” He said that conservatives and NonMAGA GOP are aligned in their opposition to a dangerous movement. On one side in Charlottesville were the Neo-Nazis yelling “Jews will not replace us?” Where are the good people in that group?

Yup, there were plenty of liberals that said the peaceful protests were fine but burning and looting of cities was too far. I won’t apologize or self reflect on “defunding the police” in any capacity beyond its a terrible choice in naming/branding. “Reallocation of funds to better support” would be more appropriate and probably receive less opposition.

Not really sure either qualifies as self reflection anyways since I doubt you or me looted or rioted.

Yes being proud of your country and not ashamed of it. Attempting to move companies and jobs who are overseas back to the U.S. Not apologizing on the world stage when we've done nothing wrong. Actually wanting a genuine border wall with actual border security. Expecting our immigration laws to actually be enforced. Expecting immigrants who come here to come legally and respect our existing culture instead of immediately trying to change it. Caring about the whole country instead of just the coasts. And yes putting America first instead of some idea of a "one world, no borders" world government. Yes such an awful and terrible movement. Why are you even a U.S. citizen? Denounce it and become a citizen of the world, that's what you want so much.

Words after the fact are pretty meaningless. Were you voicing your opposition against it while it was happening? Were you supporting candidates who supported funding, not defunding, the police? Or were you voting for candidates that you were knew were anti-police and would try to defund the police the first chance they got?
