    Yes, let's take the person who said she had "no classified documents" at her word when she deletes 30,000 emails.

    If only you guys gave Trump the same benefit of the doubt when he says he declassified those documents.

    If he declassified any of them why aren't any of his lawyers stating that in their filings? Not a single time, anywhere.

    So, you contend that the deleted emails contained DOS emails? Yet, when Weiner’s Laptop was searched, they found duplicates, not additional emails. Hilary Clinton has every right to delete her personal emails. And it was smart for her. I will not give Trump the benefit of the doubt because he is a liar and he has been caught lying again. And lying about this. He claimed he returned all of the documents and that was blatantly false. Do you think his lawyers asked him if he returned all the documents? Or did they just make up a false affidavit? And when Bobb says Trump told her he had no lie documents, is she going to be mercilessly attacked like everyone else who tells the truth about Trump? And, unlike Trump, there were few classified emails about the emails returned by Hilary and they were not clearly marked. Not Trump’s documents, which were in brightly colored folders marked at the highest level of classification our government has. And they were in his desk drawer, not in a server that had to be searched. So, time to take your head out of Trump’s rear end. Trump should have new indicted for obstruction of the Mueller probe, removed from office for selling out US foreign policy in the Ukraine scandal and removed from office after 1-6. This time, his own statements since the search are enough to show his specific intent. Oh, and as to declassification— the standard for violation of the Espionage Act is national defense secrets. Classification is immaterial. And there is no evidence he declassified these documents. Where is the standing order? Where is there evidence he engaged in the process of declassification? It isn’t there— the absence of which shows declassification so never happened.

    Get over it. Move on.

    If you want to fight for election procedures that inspire more public confidence or fight for more secure elections have at it, but it's past time to move on from the 2020 election.

    I can't believe we still have to educate people on the HRC email situation, but it was State Department policy at the time that the EMPLOYEE was to self sort what was personal and what was business when culling his or her emails.

    Her choice.
