With no ICL again in 2023, it'll be interesting on how many UF will sign this year. There will be a lot of transfers. That's just the way it is now and after a year in CBNs system, I'm thinking a decent number of players will see a limited future and leave. With incoming transfers as well, I'll put the over/under at 30... If I had to bet, I'd take the over.
