Really appreciate the response. I don't mind some good tongue and cheek and myself have a snarky back and forth going on the fauci resigns thread.

In a similar way that is what had me respond the way I did. To be constantly accused of being anti-vax because of my position on the covid shots got to me.

I concur 100% with your post. It can be really hard typing and trying to provide proper context compared to being in person. I just wanted to set the record straight again that I am not anti-vax. And I hope we are able to poke with some fun going forward. If I came across too strong in my response I apologize. As I do not want it to feel like we cannot add some humor or embellishment at times either. Gotta love trying to communicate sometimes...

 

What does not stop one from getting Covid? What does not stop the spread? What does the data say about healthy people and Covid? How many have had Covid at this point?

Can I leave the country and come back unvaccinated?

 

What are your qualifications? I have not told anyone not to take the shot. Granted I would say giving this shot to a child (this was and never has been an emergency for kids which begs the question why it was EUA of them and worse 6 month olds) is a bad decision. And now taking it is pointless at this time but if one wants to they should.

Most know my situation. I have a Masters in Industrial Engineering. My wife is a Doctor/Dentist. Our practice has always strived to not only provide the best dental care possible but even more. The amount of time we have with a patient is typically far more than the your normal GP or even specialist. Two checks a year with being in the chair for 45 minutes usually. There is so much that can be accomplished beyond just your oral care at a dental visit. Integrative Dental Medicine is a purposeful focus for us.

With that said…make the decisions you wish to make. I have made mine based on the data and communication with well educated people. Some got the shot(s). Some did not. I did not. My kids did not.

Why do you listen to authorities that say it is okay to go sit in a big stadium right next to people unvaccinated but you cannot come play in a tournament unvaccinated? Authorities that allowed him to play in the US Open last year?

You wonder why Public Health officials like fauci are looked at as a joke now? They have and continue to cause generational damage.

It is worth discussing as our Public Health policy continues to ignore science and lose credibility.

It should bother you we are peddling such a ridiculous policy. Instead you want to complain about the messenger…
