In a free society, two consenting adults should be free to settle their differences through a duel. If consenting adults can participate in MMA or boxing, which would be a crime outside of a sporting arena, I see no substantial difference between that and a, sanctioned, consenting duel.

Thank you, have a nice day.

Dueling seems less funny and more brutal if people are just firing full auto AR's at each other at 20 paces

As with all duels, weapons are decided ahead of time.

I recently learned the story of a duel Abraham Lincoln was in, where he got to choose the weapon. Being 6'4 and his opponent 5'9, Lincoln chose massive broadswords as the weapon of choice, giving him a distinct advantage. Smart man

Swordsmanship has really fallen off since the 19th century too, I'd suggest laser tag as the non-lethal option

This is more likely to happen than legalization of prostitution. 'Murica!

While I support your crusade to legalize duels, @channingcrowderhungry , I trust this won't distract you from your true and righteous quest to flip the damn cameras.

Should I challenge Scott Stricklin to a duel to flip the cameras? Cause I will.

need to bring swordsmanship back in public education. I’m gonna start lobbying some of those new school board officials. It seems like something they might be willing to get behind.

You've offended my honor. Choose the weapon and the location at your convenience.

All crimes, including murder, should be legalized for 24 hours. We can call it, the Cleanse. This is an entirely original idea, not at all related to that horrid movie franchise that proposes a mere 12 hours.
