If carrying out the search warrent doesn't result in finding more than the search warrant allowed them to find, then investigating and harassing the opposition party is the logical outcome?

As of noon on inauguration day, Trump had no executive privilege to invoke re: these documents. He also no longer had a security clearance to view them. And most importantly, the documents belong to the National Archives and were considered stolen from them.
The warrant found exactly what it was looking for. The search was for classified documents. It returned a trove of classified documents. Documents Trump withheld and/or lied about. Law and order Trumpers: What? No rape dungeon? Witch hunt!!! The only question is what was the motive. Why did Trumps attorney sign a false affidavit? I can imagine a few possibilities, but it really depends on the specific topical nature of the documents.
Had Trump complied with the NARA request or subpoena request and return all the classified documents without a hassle, yes. But that didn't happen. Trump didn't simply comply, and lied on a affidavit about having the classified materials. And while under normal circumstances, I would object to the current POTUS rejecting security clearance for past Presidents, Trump's history of handling classified docs gives Biden plenty of cause to not grant Trump clearance. Biden didn't nothing legally wrong either. Giving past Presidents security clearance is a courtesy granted by the current POTUS.
Biden didn't do anything period. Let alone anything legally wrong. The DOJ asked if he wanted to countermand their plans, and he deferred to their judgment. The Biden White House said they weren't going to touch that one with a ten foot pole and leave us out of it thank you very much.
The only number there that is factual is the 30,000 and that is only known because that how many were deleted and destroyed, some of which was done after the request from the FBI.
Do we even know for sure what was in these boxes? Trump may have played all of you, just as he has done for years. The boxes may have said classified on them but what was in them? Some leak from a biased news source is not enough to draw the conclusions so many of you have. I only see a couple of the regulars on here with the patience to wait and see what this all amounts to one way or the other. The Trump supports crying foul! The Trump haters saying Nuclear secrets. As we all know with most everything this will end up somewhere in the middle of what everyone is saying. It won't be enough for the right but it will be just enough for the left. With this outcome projected it will do nothing but further divide this country.

No. That 113 is literally the number of classified emails identified that went through Clinton’s server. 30,000 actually wasn’t a “factual” number, it was estimated figure for how many were deleted in total. But these were not all “classified” emails that were deleted, maybe none of them were (which was Clinton’s claim) It’s possible through forensics they could have found a few more emails to add to that 113 total, I suspect they probably would have identified more. But 30,000 was just the total universe of all emails. Clinton’s claim was that she didn’t “intend” to mishandle classified documents through her server. Which seems fairly plausible, considering even in her emails she’d sometimes stop the conversation and suggest moving to a secure channel (indicating some sensitivity to her server not being a proper channel for classified topics). Presumably the 3 emails she had of the “highest level” would be an actual breech of national security and theoretically that is what she could have been charged for. Still, can’t even really compare as Trump actually has far more documents than Clinton had emails, has more documents at higher levels of classification, and it’s hard to claim “no intent” when they literary stashed physical copies AND stonewalled/lied about having them.

I want a Reagan conservative that handles the job with professionalism, class and dignity and someone my daughters can believe doesnt view females as his personal playthings. No. We just know that according to DOJ they are classified and that they seemed to be after specific documents, including nuclear materials. Yes these are based on “leaks” but given Trumps wall of bullshit response, I’ll go with the leaks being far more credible. With Trump I’ve learned to “expect the worst” and he usually still beats it. So his plans for these stolen materials will probably be no different.

Most of the classified documents were designated "confidential" the lowest level of classification and it turned out that information contained in the very small number of documents with higher levels of classification was available through open sources. If I recall they concerned drone strikes and there aren't much more open sources than CNN, the other networks and the mainstream print media which ran stories regarding the strikes at roughly the same time the emails were transmitted.
